I started to really care about and focus on what products I used in my skincare routine in March of 2020. Acne and skin issues weren't things I ever struggled with growing up. My mom got me started washing my face at an early age because I was a dancer. We had late nights at the dance studio practicing, but also had to wear a heavy amount of make up for competitions and recitals. As I grew up, I started to struggle more with my skin. It wasn't until the end of college/beginning of my adult life that I really noticed it and wanted to fix it. At the start of the pandemic I begin researching what products I wanted to use. These are the ones that since then I have stuck to and my skin has thanked me for. I use all the products morning and night, every single day.

Step 1: Cleanser - I use two cleansers - the first is the Squalane Cleanser from The Ordinary. I just added this into my routine about a month ago - I love it. It removes every ounce of my makeup, oil, dirt, and sweat from the gym. My skin also feels so soft before going in with my second cleanser. The second cleanser is from Tula and is The Cult Classic Purifying Face Cleanser. I have used this since 2020 and haven't stopped. It is hands down the best face cleanser I have ever used and worth every penny. I 10/10 recommend both of these products.

Step 2: Toner - I use the Pro-Gylcolic 10% Resurfacing Treatment Toner from Tula. I use this mainly on my cheeks because that is where I struggle with my skin the most. I will put it on my cheeks every morning and night, but I rub it all over my face at night.

Step 3: Serums - I don't currently use any serums in my routine. In the summer I love the Vitamin C serum from Tula. And in the winter when my skin is a little more dry I love the Sensitive Skin Calming Vitamin B drops from Tula. The vitamin C serum makes my skin have such a nice glow to it in the summer and helps with evening out my skin tone. The calming drops just add another layer of moisture to my skin in the winter.

Step 4: Moisturizer - Hands down the best moisturizer I have ever used in the 24-7 hydrating day and night cream. It makes my face feel so hydrated and soft every day. The moisturizer is thick and creamy, but rubs into the skin so nicely. I couldn't recommend this product enough to any of my friends. And there are a handful that I have gotten obsessed with this product the same way I am.
